As a lover of all things nature, believer in the power of earth medicine + energetic healing and as a former registered nurse of 8 years, I have rediscovered myself at my optimal level of health and gained clarity of my purpose. I am a certified Reiki Practitioner focused on holistic healing honoring humans as multi-dimensional beings on physical + mental + emotional + spiritual levels. My soul obligation is to help people unveil one’s inner power, to reconnect them with their most natural self while falling in love with the journey of it all.

I offer Reiki healing services (in-person or distance healing sessions available).

I also offer 1:1 Power Hour sessions to reset and realign your mind + body + lifestyle through my Next Level Self-Care program providing guidance, motivation, and emotional support necessary for Positive Mindset Shifting + establishing Healthy Habits.
